Truth is whatever you make it to be
Truth is whatever makes you feel better about yourself
Truth is just words that causes nothing but pain and no joy
Truth is whatever you make it to be

Multiple truths and little lies
Truth is whatever you believe it is
It's been that way for many years
Why does it matter? Truth is never absolute

Truth is found in songs, television, and art
Truth is praised and preached in a philosophy class
Truth is that God is dead and you can do whatever you want
But in the end, we only confused ourselves

Truth is as Holy Week is about to end, a price was paid before we were born
Truth is in one week, two worlds collided in a way never seen before
Truth is a price was paid through a love that is forever true and unending
Truth is a price was paid when the son of God was beaten and humiliated for us

Truth is that we are just as bad a Judas Iscariot
Even in the small things that we do
But the truth is that because the Son of God died for us, you can have eternal life
Truth is that our stories can end in redemption; it can end just as it ended for Peter

Truth is absolute and rejoices in love
Truth is that Jesus loves us even in our darkest of sins
Truth is that you can live again in Christ alone
Truth is because He paid our debt, you have eternal life and newness of life

Truth is that Heaven is only a picture in our mind
Truth is that Heaven is only found here on Earth with the people we love
All lies of what we want to hear; that is not the truth
TRUTH IS THAT BECAUSE HE DIED FOR US, WE WILL LIVE WITH HIM IN PARADISE

Truth is when He took the unbearable pain with a cross on His back
He had you in His loving heart and wore that crown of thorns with joy
Twelve inch thorns in His skull for you with His blood pouring out
Pain and never said a word because He loves us

Truth is that He loves you enough to die for you on a unbearable torture tool
Nailed to that cross and each scar has your name in it
Believe in Him because He died for us
He does not want your sympathy, but He wants to change your life

Truth is that He will come back again one day and people of all nations will bow
Truth is that there is power in His name that will make the ground shake
Truth is that His love is more powerful than anything this world can say or do
Truth is that what Christ did is the very definition of true love

Truth is that Heaven is beautiful and far more describable than you can imagine
Heaven is too beautiful that there are no words to describe it
Like His love, there are simply no words to describe His kingdom
Truth is He died for us so we can live in true love where this world is just a dream

Truth is not just words that sprinkles good thoughts
Truth is not just saying you love but not doing anything about it
Truth is that you were bought with a price
Truth is that you were loved way before you were born and the moment you die

Truth is that He will rise up from the horizon brighter than the sun
His arms opened wide and glowing with a light with no words to describe it
Truth is He will forever live and He will never die
Truth is that Christ alone is the only truth

He has risen and one day He will return
Truth is that He loves us forever and ever
Truth is we did nothing to earn His love and accept Him as king
That is what truth really is; He will always be who He says He is

Truth is that there are no multiple truths
There is only one truth
That is in Christ alone
We were bought with a price; He did that for us
